SET ENTRYMSG allows you to change or set a message sent to all users joining the channel. Specify a <message> of NONE to clear the message.
Syntax: SET <channel> ENTRYMSG <message>
Example:
/msg ChanServ SET #mircplugin ENTRYMSG Welcome to #mircplugin. Please visit http://www.mircplugin.blogspot.com
